Cinnamon buns
Bake at 375 deg for 30 minutes
Dough
4 cups of flour (480 grams)
4 table spoons sugar. (60 grams)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 stick of butter
1 egg
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
Filling
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
ΒΌ teaspoon kosher salt
1 stick butter melted
Icing
1 cup powdered sugar
2 table spoons of milk
Mix the flour and and baking powder together
Warm the milk (not hot), add sugar and yeast and mix together, wait for the mix to get bubbly
Melt the butter
Whisk the egg

Finally mix all the above together and mix until your dough starts to form, then kneed
Once your dough is ready let it rise, for more flavor degas and allow it to do a second rise
Once ready flour a surface and roll your dough into a rectangle
Then spread the filling out, and roll from the short side
Cut the roll up into 8 even pieces and arrange in your pan and bake at 375 for 30 minutes
Once ready mix the milk into the powdered sugar to form the icing and pour it over the Cinimon buns and serve
